What are types of Fedreal skills workers?

There are many different ways for professionals and workers to qualify for a Canada Immigration permanent resident visa. The most prominent option is through Express Entry, which is Canada's main pathway for economic class skilled workers. Your best bet to be eligible under Express Entry is to meet the requirements of either the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) or Canadian Experience Class (CEC). The FSWP targets skilled workers with foreign work experience, requiring them to meet criteria such as having at least one year of continuous full-time or equivalent part-time paid work experience, achieving a minimum Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 7 in English or French, and having a valid educational credential assessed to meet Canadian standards. The CEC, on the other hand, is designed for individuals who have gained skilled work experience in Canada within the last three years, requiring them to meet a minimum language proficiency of CLB 7 for NOC 0 or A jobs and CLB 5 for NOC B jobs. Meeting the eligibility criteria for these programs is the first step towards creating an Express Entry profile and being considered for permanent residency in Canada.
